Service and Marketing

Here is a list of the services and marketing I provide when I sign a listing contract with you:

  • Review marketing activities with you and prepare a CMA to establish market value.
  • Do a title search, arrange professional floor plans and professional photos.
  • Prepare, explain and facilitate signing of the listing contract. Forward to the appropriate Real Estate Boards.
  • Place a lock box on the property.
  • Place a for sale sign on the property and appropriate directional signage to it.
  • Schedule the property for tours.
  • Arrange for showings, both by myself and other agents.
  • Meet with you to discuss the progress of the listing and offer suggestions as needed.
  • Create feature sheets and other print material to leave at the property.
  • Enter the property on: royallepage.ca, realtor.ca, davidwardle.ca, craigslist, used.ca, kijiji.
  • Run print ads as warranted.
  • Market the property at sales events, mentor groups, conventions, etc.

  • Hold public and open houses as needed.
  • Communicate with you regularly on the process of the sale.
  • Present and discuss all offers with you.
  • Finalize the sale contract and process documentation to the conveyancers.
  • Arrange for transfer of keys, etc.
